If you need to cancel your booking 7 days notice is required, otherwise a cancellation fee will be incurred this is 50% of your original bookings.

Full cost of the break will be charged with less than 24 hours notice.

Deposits for group bookings are non refundable however a change of date for the booking may be possible on discussion.

Failure to turn up for your booked accommodation will also incur a fee where the full cost of the break will be charged to the person who made the booking.

If you find on arrival that the accommodation is not to your requirements the full rate will still be charged to the relevant account.
