If you need to cancel your booking 7 days notice is required, otherwise a cancellation fee will be incurred.

Failure to turn up for your booked accommodation will also incur a fee where the full cost of the break will be charged to the person who made the booking.

If you find on arrival that the accommodation is not to your requirements the full rate will still be charged to the relevant account.
